Do you offer trials?
Due to the nature of the data that our platform stores, we can only offer trials of our software in the sandbox provided. This provides a fully accurate representation of the live environment.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Plans are month-to-month unless you choose annual billing. It's a simple click and confirm to cancel.
What happens to the data if I cancel?
Data protection is upermost of our concerns. When you plan cancelation, you will be reminded to export your data before permanent deletion. Deletion of data cannot be undone. It is Kimshi's policy never to attempt to benefit from the use of data beyond the use for which it was provided.
