Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP”) applies to all users of the Platform. By using the Platform, you agree to comply with this Policy. Violations may result in suspension or termination of your account.
1. Security Violations
Users must not:
- Attempt to access, retrieve, or modify data belonging to other users
- Bypass or attempt to bypass authentication or security controls
- Inject malicious code, scripts, or automated exploits
- Perform or attempt denial-of-service attacks
- Scan, probe, or test for system vulnerabilities without written authorization
- Interfere with normal platform operation
2. Illegal, Prohibited, or Restricted Content
Users must not upload, store, transmit, or host any content that includes or relates to:
2.1 Unlawful Material
- Data protection and privacy law violations
- Intellectual property infringements
- Consumer protection violations
- Criminal or harmful material
2.2 Intellectual Property Infringement
- Copyrighted materials without rights
- Trademarks, patents, design rights misused
- Proprietary software, media, or documents without license
2.3 Harmful, Abusive, or Dangerous Material
- Malware, ransomware, or harmful code
- Phishing pages or deceptive content
- Threatening, violent, or abusive material
- Hate speech or extremist content
- Harassment, bullying, or defamation
2.4 Restricted or Sensitive Personal Data
- Special category data under GDPR without explicit lawful basis
- Children’s data beyond basic identifiers without proper consent and legal basis
- Payment card data not handled through an authorised provider
- Any regulated/high-risk data not explicitly supported
2.5 Unlawful Use by Jurisdiction
- Material prohibited by local regulations
- Content facilitating unlawful activity
2.6 Illicit or Unauthorised Distribution
- Pirated or cracked software
- Unlicensed media or copyrighted works
- Circumvention tools
- Tools for unauthorised system access
2.7 Pornographic or Sexually Explicit Content (Strict Ban)
The Platform strictly prohibits all forms of pornographic, erotic, sexual, or sexually suggestive content, including:
- Pornography of any kind
- Sexually explicit images, videos, audio, or written material
- Nudity presented in a sexualised or suggestive context
- Erotic content or sexual services
- Sexual content involving real or fictitious persons
- Material created for sexual arousal or sexual purposes
- Fetish content
- Content involving minors in any sexual or suggestive context (zero tolerance)
This prohibition applies regardless of jurisdiction or whether the content is private or public. Violations may result in immediate termination and, where applicable, reporting to authorities.
3. Harmful Behaviour
- Harassing, stalking, or abusing any person
- Threats, intimidation, or coercive behavior
- Disrupting or degrading service performance
- Misrepresenting identity or affiliation
- Fraudulent or deceptive practices
4. Misuse of Platform Resources
- Automated scraping, data mining, or bulk extraction without consent
- Overloading system resources through abnormal usage
- Circumventing technical limits, rate limits, or security controls
- Reverse engineering, copying, or replicating functionality unlawfully
5. No Monitoring Obligation
The Company:
- Is not required to monitor user content
- Is not liable for failing to detect prohibited content
We may remove content at our discretion without liability.
6. User Responsibility for Content
Users are solely responsible for:
- Legality of uploads
- Obtaining rights and permissions
- Ensuring uploaded data complies with laws and this AUP
7. Indemnity
Users agree to indemnify the Company for claims arising from:
- Uploaded content
- AUP violations
- Illegal use of the Platform
8. Enforcement
We may take any of the following actions in response to violations:
- Warning notifications
- Removal of prohibited content
- Temporary suspension
- Permanent account termination
- Referral to law enforcement where legally required
